Terms and conditions
These terms are written to be readable, not slippery. They describe what Signal Desk delivers, what paid access means, what stays your intellectual property, how account deletion works, and the boundaries around generated output.
Signal Desk is a commercial validation workspace for testing products, services, offers, local businesses, niches, and problem-solution ideas before you commit more build time, launch effort, traffic spend, or expansion effort. It combines your brief with public and commercial-signal analysis, then can generate reports, landing-page drafts, and audience reach kits.
Full validation reports, landing-page drafts, and audience reach kits can require an active paid access window, credits, or both. Plan windows, credits, reminder timing, and asset access follow the product rules shown at checkout and inside your paid workspace.
Payments are processed through globally known and trusted providers such as Paystack and Moniepoint(Monnify). Signal Desk confirms access only after the payment status is verified and the account is ready to open.
You keep ownership of the ideas, briefs, offers, and original business concepts you submit. Signal Desk does not claim ownership of them. You remain responsible for making sure what you submit and what you later publish does not violate the rights of others.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, payment fraud, impersonation, harassment, scraping beyond the product's intended flow, or any attempt to break access controls, provider rules, or system integrity.
System-generated results are decision-support material, not guaranteed factual or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for product, financial, legal, medical, compliance, or advertising claims.
You may request account deletion from inside the workspace. When you do, Signal Desk removes live login access and scrubs personal account details from the active account record. Some minimized billing or workspace history may remain where the system still needs it for payment integrity, fraud prevention, audit trails, or legal obligations.
