The short version
Your idea stays yours. Signal Desk does not sell submitted ideas, and it does not claim ownership of the concepts, services, offers, business angles, or positioning you validate here.
Paid member workspace briefs, saved reports, landing pages, and audience plans travel over encrypted connections and are stored in encrypted form on the backend.
The free guest preview stays lighter by design, and admin-side account activity does not use that same encrypted paid-workspace storage path.
Signal Desk still needs server-side access while it runs validation, so this is not a zero-knowledge or blind-processing system.
Your idea stays yours
We do not sell submitted ideas to other users, partners, creators, or advertisers.
We do not claim ownership of the concepts, offers, positioning angles, or briefs you validate here.
Using Signal Desk gives us permission to process the brief to produce the report and saved assets, not to take over the idea itself.
If you choose to stop using the platform, you can close the account and remove live login access from inside the app.
What we keep
That includes the brief you submit, the generated report or asset tied to it, payment and access metadata, and any support conversation you deliberately start with us.
What we do not access
Signal Desk validates ideas from the brief you type, the payment and support details you provide, and the public sources the research pipeline checks. We do not silently open private accounts behind the scenes.
Encryption & access
In transit
Everything between your browser, Signal Desk, and the services we call travels over HTTPS/TLS.
At rest
Your saved briefs, reports, landing pages, and audience plans are stored encrypted, not sitting in plain text. Free previews use a separate, lighter path.
The honest part
We process your brief on our servers to run the analysis, so this isn't a zero-knowledge system, and we won't pretend it is.
