After checkout, Signal Desk generates a 5-digit member ID for the buyer. Use that ID as the login password together with the payment email to securely open the portal on approved devices. Buyer emails must be verified first. Members, promoters, and admin users all use this same login form, and the backend routes each account to the right dashboard after verification.

Buyers use their 5-digit member ID as the password. Promoters and admins use their assigned password, and first-time promoter logins are forced to set a new one.
